Cancellation
Cancelling an order is free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. If you cancel the order after it has been shipped to you, you must refuse the package upon delivery. If Toner Webshop has already received a payment from you, we will refund the purchase price to you after receipt of the return shipment. The shipping costs incurred will be deducted from this (only if you refuse the order at the door and have it taken away unopened by the delivery person).
Returns/cooling-off period
You have a cooling-off period of 7 working days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of delivery. The product can only be returned unused and in the original packaging. For more information, see article 8 of our general terms and conditions.
Do you want to return the entire order? You must return items that have already been received to the return address below. Toner Webshop will refund the entire purchase price, including the calculated shipping costs. The shipping costs for returning are at your expense.
If you return part of your order, the shipping costs are also at your expense. The purchase price of the part of the order that you returned will be refunded to you. Shipping costs will not be refunded in that case.
All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be made known to Toner Webshop in writing. To do this, you must request a return shipment under your account; once approved, you can send the product. (Remember to use sufficient postage and Track & Trace to avoid misunderstandings. Unfranked or unannounced shipments will not be accepted!)
For the refund of amounts already paid (in case of advance payment) we also need your bank account number. Customers from Belgium must also state the IBAN and BIC/Swift number of their own bank.
Please note: the account number you provide for the refund must be the same as the account number from which you made the payment to Toner Webshop. This is in connection with possible fraud with refunds.
Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days.
Returns due to new franking machine and/or other model and/or other brand franking machine,
Do you have a new franking machine and/or another brand/type franking machine?
If the original packaging is unopened, we can exchange the old cartridge for a new cartridge, whereby any price increase will be charged. Shipping costs to and from Frankeershop / Tonerwebshop / Belgapost will be charged.
* Exchange is only possible after written confirmation from Frankeershop / Tonerwebshop / Belgapost
* A maximum of 1 cartridge can be exchanged
* Cartridge must be sent to us with Track & Trace
* Only a cartridge purchased in the last 6 months is eligible for exchange, with the exception of:
K780001 (DM50/55 red ink colour) > this will not be taken back
793-5 (DM100 series red ink colour) > this will not be taken back
Cartridges purchased more than 6 months ago are not eligible for exchange
Cartridges are never taken back or exchanged if you no longer have a franking machine!
